Mike is the Managing Director of Chilmark Consulting where he has had a leading role in delivering spatial planning, urban regeneration and development advice to Government and local authorises, private developers and investment clients. He is a commercial practitioner focused on urban planning, housing and economic development consultancy projects.
Mike has more than twenty years experience and is currently advising on large-scale brownfield regeneration schemes as well as sustainable urban extensions across the UK. Prior to founding Chilmark Consulting Ltd in 2013, Mike was a Director of GVA’s Planning, Development & Regeneration division and also at Colin Buchanan & Partners. His wider roles have included time as a CABE Enabler and acting as Deputy Chairman of the CMI (Institute of Consultants) London region.
